Facilitates Scrum events, removes impediments, coordinates Agile delivery teams and stakeholders, manages sprint goals and backlogs, tracks risks and dependencies, and drives continuous improvement. The role supports NAVWAR defense programs, promotes consistent Agile practices, coordinates technical milestones, and improves delivery predictability across multidisciplinary engineering and government teams.

Provides executive and administrative support to NAVWAR leadership by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, briefing materials, records, and action-item tracking. Coordinates communication across government leadership, program offices, and support organizations while handling sensitive information with discretion. The role requires strong organization, judgment, written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a customer-site DoD environment.

Provides onsite IT support for NAVWAR personnel, serving as the first point of contact for user issues. Coordinates NMCI accounts, devices, software, access requests, technology refreshes, and escalations to Navy enterprise service providers. Maintains equipment, software, and support-request records while troubleshooting workstations, printers, network access, remote access, and collaboration tools. Requires significant DoD or Navy IT support experience and an active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.
