Leads corporate wind-downs, assignments for the benefit of creditors, liquidations, distressed sales, and restructuring engagements. Manages clients, lenders, legal counsel, vendors, and acquirers; oversees cash-flow forecasts, financial models, operating plans, claims reviews, distributions, buyer outreach, and client deliverables. Directs third-party providers, mentors junior staff, identifies risks, and drives high-stakes engagements to completion.

Summer Analyst interns conduct market and M&A research, develop comparable valuation analyses, assess market trends, support pitch materials and transaction marketing deliverables, and engage with current and prospective clients. The program provides exposure to buy-side, sell-side, capital markets, valuation, deal execution, coaching, and training.

Associate supporting insolvency, fiduciary services, and corporate restructuring engagements. Responsibilities include managing operational, accounting, strategic, and M&A workstreams; coordinating vendors and stakeholders; building cash flow projections, financial models, presentations, and process reports; managing deadlines; solving time-sensitive problems; and mentoring junior resources.
