Responsibilities include managing operational, accounting, strategic, and M&A workstreams; coordinating vendors and stakeholders; building cash flow projections, financial models, presentations, and process reports; managing deadlines; solving time-sensitive problems; and mentoring junior resources.

Lead month-end close, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, payroll, client invoicing and P&L, support audits, produce financial reports, oversee staff accountant, and implement process improvements.

As an Associate in Restructuring, you will provide financial analysis, build financial models, manage client relationships, and oversee various restructuring initiatives, ensuring financial stability and operational effectiveness for clients.
