Drives revenue growth for power grid automation solutions through strategic sales planning, customer engagement, technical solution design, presentations, and relationship development. Partners with utilities, consultants, EPCs, contractors, channel partners, and internal engineering teams to develop proposals, close complex opportunities, support project handoffs, and provide market insights to product management. Requires extensive travel and expertise in power systems, distribution automation, switchgear, SCADA, communication protocols, and related technologies.

Leads mechanical new product development projects from design through testing and production release. Responsibilities include engineering analysis, CAD modeling, finite element analysis, prototype construction, test planning, root cause analysis, technical documentation, drawing approval, vendor coordination, and cross-functional support. The role also manages schedules, budgets, stage-gate requirements, manufacturing considerations, and customer product specifications.

Manages tooling engineering and toolroom operations for molding processes, including mold design, maintenance, repairs, new product development, process improvement, project management, vendor coordination, and performance metrics. Leads engineers and support staff, maintains tooling documentation and revision control, drives quality and cost initiatives, supports preventive maintenance, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability and timely tool delivery.
