Supervise the full lifecycle of corporate loan administration across EMEA, including facility onboarding, servicing, settlements, fees, repayments, reconciliations, and query resolution. Lead team output, monitor controls and aged items, support management reporting, and handle specialist insured and Sharia-compliant lending. The role also focuses on process improvement, operational resilience, and supporting change initiatives.

Process end-to-end settlements for foreign exchange and money market transactions, including booking, confirmation, payment, reconciliations, and resolving cash breaks. Handle client and internal queries, monitor operational risks, prepare reporting, support controls, and contribute to change and efficiency projects. The role requires accuracy under deadline pressure, strong organization, clear communication, and flexibility across treasury operations functions.

Monitor trade finance credit line usage, collateral coverage, portfolio reconciliations, fees, pricing, terms, exposures, and limit breaches. Prepare credit and utilisation documentation, respond to client facility queries, coordinate deal processing with operations, and deliver risk reporting to management. The role requires trade finance instrument knowledge, familiarity with lending and credit controls, AML/KYC awareness, strong Excel skills, and confident communication.
