Serve as TRS/Equity Swaps operations SME to stand up and run an in-house TRS capability. Design target operating model, workflows, controls, and governance; translate business requirements into Calypso operational processes; produce procedures and control frameworks; support trade lifecycle activities, settlements, reconciliations, collateral and exception management; transition from outsourced model and take ownership of BAU operations.

Manage complex IT projects for a global financial services firm, delivering on scope, schedule, and budget. Maintain project artifacts (plans, risks, status) in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, run Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure, business), manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and track metrics to ensure timely delivery.

Work in an agile cross-functional team to build and maintain front-end and back-end document services using React, Java/Kotlin, Spring, Node.js and AWS. Responsibilities include coding, code reviews, test automation, deployment automation, AWS resource management, performance/load testing, and contributing to architecture and delivery.
