Conduct KYC/AML customer due diligence and risk assessments during onboarding and throughout the client lifecycle. Validate documentation, review screening results, support and train CLM specialists, communicate with stakeholders, meet SLA deadlines, escalate non-conformities, and participate in projects and training while adhering to policies and procedures.

Manage end-to-end coordination of legal entity dissolutions (SPVs, trusts, funds), applying fund operations expertise to review documentation, remove operational blockers, track deliverables, lead client meetings, and implement improved workflows to achieve timely entity closures across jurisdictions.

Work in an agile cross-functional team to build and maintain front-end and back-end document services using React, Java/Kotlin, Spring, Node.js and AWS. Responsibilities include coding, code reviews, test automation, deployment automation, AWS resource management, performance/load testing, and contributing to architecture and delivery.
