Leads design-build construction projects for federal, state, and local clients. Responsibilities include coordinating design and construction teams, managing schedules, budgets, staffing, subcontractors, compliance, bidding, documentation, quality control, safety, client communications, issue resolution, and business development. The role requires extensive construction project management experience, a PE or RA license, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for basic security clearance.

Provides administrative and project coordination support for design services, including contract administration, budgets, specifications, subcontractor records, meetings, documentation, invoices, and project tracking. Serves as a communication point for clients and team members while maintaining organized project files and supporting billing workflows. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, AEC familiarity, occasional travel, and the ability to obtain a federal security clearance.

Lead design and construction teams across multiple federal projects, managing schedules, budgets, staffing, subcontractors, compliance, quality control, safety, bidding, reporting, client communication, and issue resolution. Support business development, proposals, client presentations, and senior leadership while delivering projects valued at $1M–$15M+.
