The Business Development Manager will grow partnerships with travel agents, drive sales through strategic initiatives, and enhance the company's community tourism model while ensuring a positive partner experience.

Handle day-to-day reservations for Europe, Turkey & Israel: process bookings, validations, changes and cancellations; support sales and operations teams; manage supplier communications; assist finance with invoice queries; answer phones and emails promptly; work on special projects and help negotiate reduced supplier cancellation charges.

The Communications Manager oversees PR and communications in the U.S., developing strategies, securing media coverage, and managing relationships with media and partners.
