Responsibilities include evaluating and treating orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients; establishing clinical standards and workflows; mentoring therapists; supporting team development; and partnering with ownership on growth, outreach, and referral relationships.

Provides evidence-based orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehabilitation; mentors therapists and PTAs; reviews documentation and outcomes; oversees staffing, scheduling, operations, financial performance, KPIs, referral development, and clinic growth.
