Lead clinical operations for a new outpatient FYZICAL clinic: provide hands-on physical therapy (orthopedic, neurological, vestibular/balance), establish workflows and standards, mentor staff, support clinic growth, community outreach, and partner with ownership on operations.

Lead daily clinic operations, carry an outpatient caseload, mentor PTs/PTAs, uphold orthopedic/neurological/vestibular/balance care standards, drive growth, staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and KPI reporting.

Lead the launch and daily operations of a new outpatient physical therapy clinic. Provide evidence-based PT care, evaluate patients, develop plans of care, mentor and build a clinical team, monitor performance and compliance, drive growth and community relations, and ensure excellent patient experiences.
