Lead launch and clinical operations of a new outpatient FYZICAL clinic. Provide direct patient care for orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance conditions, establish clinical standards and workflows, mentor therapists, support clinic growth, community outreach, and partner with ownership on operational planning.

Provide supervised patient care implementing individualized plans for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric patients. Assist with mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence using advanced rehab technology. Document care with Prompt EMR and AI-assisted tools, educate patients and families on home programs, collaborate with therapists and staff, and participate in community outreach and fall-prevention initiatives.

Lead and provide outpatient physical therapy care while launching a new clinic. Perform evaluations and individualized treatments for orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.
