Leads clinical and operational performance for an outpatient physical therapy clinic. Evaluates and treats patients, mentors clinical staff, drives patient satisfaction and clinic growth, improves workflows, ensures regulatory and documentation compliance, monitors performance metrics, and partners with ownership on operational and financial goals.

Provides outpatient rehabilitation services as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in South Florida. The role offers full-time or part-time work, flexible scheduling, no weekends, continuing education, leadership opportunities, and potential relocation or sign-on assistance.

Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy treatments under a supervising PT. Guide therapeutic exercise, educate patients on home programs, monitor progress, maintain accurate AI-assisted documentation, and support mobility, pain reduction, and functional improvements across orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological caseloads.
