The role requires strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, and enterprise network technology expertise.

Designs, supports, troubleshoots, and optimizes enterprise Cisco networking environments across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data centers. Responsibilities include configuring routers and switches, managing routing protocols, Wi-Fi infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN or SD-Access, redundancy, and high availability. The role analyzes incidents, resolves complex network issues, performs performance analysis, documents solutions, and collaborates with technical teams and stakeholders.

Support business-critical production applications by managing incidents, troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure layers, performing root cause analysis, querying SQL databases, analyzing logs, monitoring systems, and supporting releases and deployments. The role also involves documenting solutions, collaborating with development teams, meeting SLAs, and working within Agile or ITIL-based environments.
