Build and lead development of scalable, high-performance software systems, primarily using Golang for backend services. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, debugging, performance optimization, API and microservices development, cloud-based engineering, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and coordinating technical project execution.

Conduct fundamental research on mid- and large-cap companies, develop actionable investment ideas and detailed investment theses, and publish company, sector, earnings, and thematic research. Engage with CIOs, fund managers, research analysts, company management, institutional sales, and dealing teams. Deliver customized insights to institutional investors while ensuring research is accurate, timely, differentiated, and compliant with applicable guidelines.

Manage and grow relationships with domestic mutual funds as the primary account manager. Build trusted partnerships with CIOs, fund managers, portfolio managers, and research analysts; translate investment philosophies into actionable coverage; coordinate with research, trading, and dealing teams; develop new accounts; and increase revenue share through institutional equity sales and market insights.
