The role is approximately 80% hands-on development and 20% team leadership, with full-stack experience and trading or investment knowledge considered beneficial.

Acquire and grow HNI, ultra-HNI, and institutional investor relationships for PMS and AIF offerings. Build partnerships with wealth managers, IFAs, RIAs, family offices, and private banks. Own the sales pipeline, drive net sales and AUM growth, provide advisory-focused client engagement, conduct roadshows and investor education, maintain CRM reporting, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Lead buy-side research coverage across IT, Internet, Retail, and Pharma sectors. Conduct fundamental analysis, build financial and valuation models, generate investment ideas, monitor market and company developments, and prepare research reports and presentations. Use AI, Python, SQL, VBA, financial databases, and alternative data to automate workflows and improve investment insights. Collaborate with portfolio managers, fund managers, CIOs, traders, clients, and company management teams to support portfolio decisions and alpha generation.
