Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior manager: manage calendar, travel, communications, documents, expenses, and personal errands. Maintain confidentiality, design organizational systems, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide occasional out-of-hours support as needed.

Lead analysis, design, and maintenance of partners-related systems. Gather stakeholder requirements, produce technical specifications, diagrams and wireframes, and ensure backend API integrations (REST/GraphQL). Oversee implementation with development teams, ensure seamless system integration, and maintain regulatory and documentation standards.

Manage, deploy, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure; build and support CI/CD pipelines; configure Kubernetes clusters and IaC; troubleshoot environments; collaborate with developers and QA to design reliable, scalable systems.
