Requires Russian forex/CFD market expertise, an established partner network, fluent Russian and English, and relocation to Cyprus for on-site work.

Responsibilities include acquiring and onboarding IB partners, developing relationships, negotiating terms, increasing client acquisition and trading activity, monitoring partner performance, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, analyzing the forex/CFD market, and representing the company at industry events. The role requires Ukrainian and English fluency, an established local network, independent partnership management, and on-site work in Cyprus.

Develop and maintain high-load, low-latency Java trading platforms and microservices. Design features aligned with business requirements, ensuring code quality, testing, reliability, and performance. Identify vulnerabilities and technical issues, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and business analysts. The role supports pricing engines, liquidity integrations, order execution, risk management, and real-time financial services.
