Monitor deposits and withdrawals across payment providers and channels, investigate failed or anomalous transactions, report on performance trends, maintain dashboards and alerts, and support payment issue resolution. The role also assists with PSP onboarding, fraud prevention, compliance, payment routing, and adherence to AML, PCI DSS, and PSD2 requirements while collaborating with accounting, risk, compliance, technology, and operations teams.

Designs, documents, and maintains trading systems and infrastructure. Collaborates with stakeholders to analyze requirements and business processes, develops technical specifications and system diagrams, proposes solutions, supports development teams during implementation, and ensures integration with existing platforms. The role requires expertise in mobile and web applications, APIs, technical documentation, responsive design, system architecture, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
