Leads clinical education across nursing programs, overseeing clinical placements, simulation and skills training, student readiness, faculty support, clinical partners, compliance, accreditation, and continuous improvement. Ensures clinical learning experiences meet regulatory standards and program outcomes while supporting student success and workforce preparedness.

Oversee general ledger activity, tuition and fee revenue recognition, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end close processes. Apply GAAP and independent judgment to resolve complex accounting issues, support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting. Review transactions, strengthen internal controls, identify process improvements, and mentor junior accounting staff while ensuring accurate and timely financial information.

Provide career services and student job placement support for Miami students: research job opportunities, contact employers, interact via email/phone/social media, collect documentation, attend meetings, and make presentations.

The Practical Nurse Program Director oversees nursing instruction quality, evaluates faculty performance, ensures smooth operations, and supports student success in practical nursing programs.
