Promote smart-glass products to North American OEM customers, lead technical exchanges, identify RFQ and new-program opportunities, and build customer relationships. Analyze market and competitor intelligence to guide product planning, coordinate U.S. and headquarters resources through launch and mass production, support bidding and supply-chain development, train regional teams, and maintain the product showroom. Frequent travel to OEM and manufacturing sites is required.

Develops and advances quality plans for automotive glass products during new product development. Reviews customer specifications, establishes quality standards, prepares DVP&R and PPAP documentation, conducts MSA and SPC studies, validates parts, manages development and early production quality issues, handles customer complaints, and updates control plans and inspection standards. The role works across office and plant environments and requires customer travel.

Plans and monitors plant production schedules, balances factory capacity and orders, coordinates outsourcing and production across plants, tracks shipment delivery, manages work-in-progress and finished-goods inventory, and addresses production issues. The role uses ERP, PLM, barcode, and office systems to analyze data, improve schedules, meet customer delivery requirements, and achieve logistics KPIs.
