Lead corporate and philanthropic fundraising to secure six- and seven-figure, multi-year partnerships. Develop tailored proposals, steward major donors, manage prospect research and database, coordinate cross-functional cultivation plans, host donor meetings and events, and support annual fundraising strategy to meet revenue targets for Futurpreneur and its Foundation.

Supports business development teams by generating leads, contacting prospects, delivering bilingual information sessions, coordinating events, maintaining CRM records, and supporting sales strategies. Builds relationships with entrepreneurs, mentors, and ecosystem partners; conducts research, prepares presentations and reports, tracks KPIs and pipelines, provides administrative support, and follows up on opportunities. The role also assists with event logistics, marketing initiatives, project monitoring, and customer inquiries.

Lead government relations and multi-sector funding partnerships to secure, steward and grow multi-year public and private funding. Develop funding and fundraising strategies, oversee proposal development, manage stakeholder engagement and compliance, and lead a high-performing Partnerships team to meet revenue targets and advance Futurpreneur's mission.
