Supports the Finance department with financial data entry, recordkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, invoice and bank reconciliations, aging report monitoring, journal entries, month-end and year-end close activities, audit documentation, administrative tasks, and ad hoc accounting projects.

Own mechanical and electromechanical sourcing from R&D through manufacturing. Responsibilities include vendor identification and qualification, negotiations, supplier relationship management, BOM costing, cost reduction, prototype sourcing, production procurement, and coordination of quality and logistics activities. The role partners with engineering, design, manufacturing, and leadership teams while maintaining sourcing workflows in Zoho-based systems.

Support PCB schematic design, component selection, layout, and bring-up for embedded hardware products. Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and product teams on system integration and architecture decisions. Build prototypes using microcontrollers, test embedded code, perform stress testing, and develop hardware validation schemes. Maintain technical documentation, manage component lifecycles and inventory, assist with procurement, and help establish production test fixtures.
