Teams at Futures Community Support Services, Inc.

Provide clinical supervision and support for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Conduct assessments (risk, consent, sexuality, functional behavioral), develop and approve behavior and social-emotional care plans, train staff in trauma-informed care and behavior support, ensure regulatory compliance and EHR/HRST data tracking, liaise with external agencies, and participate in quality and health promotion activities.
