Coordinate Scrum delivery across multiple squads supporting Allotrope Simple Models in pharmaceutical R&D. Facilitate planning, manage dependencies and impediments, track risks, maintain delivery timelines, align technical and business stakeholders, prioritize user requests, and support documentation. The role requires experience with IT release delivery, pharmaceutical or scientific R&D environments, GxP laboratory data systems, validated processes, and laboratory workflows.

Analyze maintenance and asset management processes, document business and technical requirements, and translate them into EAM platform functionality. Develop and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance tests; report defects and verify fixes. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve requirements and functionality questions. Create procedural documentation and training materials for users.

Coordinate planning and delivery of software releases within the Hexagon EAM program. Maintain master and detailed release schedules, track dependencies and SDLC deliverables, align releases with product roadmaps, facilitate planning meetings, manage change promotion across environments, communicate risks, and ensure adherence to change control and release management procedures.
