Build and operate reliable backend systems for complex government and enterprise data integrations. Responsibilities include designing bidirectional integrations, asynchronous workflows, retries, idempotency, observability, operational automation, debugging production systems, and creating reusable reliability patterns. The role involves TypeScript and Node.js development, database work, partner collaboration, mentoring, and improving support efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Build and ship production AI products, including LLM coaching experiences, agentic workflows, retrieval and orchestration systems. Develop predictive, classification, ranking, and recommendation models; establish evaluation and quality processes; create trusted data pipelines and knowledge sources; and integrate AI with enterprise systems. The role requires strong ownership, safety-conscious engineering, evidence-based recommendations, and collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Data leadership.

Lead assessment, redesign, and hands-on implementation of data pipelines, ML workflows, and platform infrastructure. Produce prioritized system designs, harden production pipelines, improve observability, reliability, and data quality, and mentor the data team.
