Provides hands-on care and support to nursing home residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs, transportation, companionship, safety, documentation, and maintaining a clean environment. Observes and reports changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition, responds to assistance calls, and collaborates with nursing staff. Requires a current Maryland CNA-1 certification, compassion, patience, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.

Observes and reports changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition, responds to assistance calls, and supports resident engagement. Requires a current Maryland CNA-1 certification, empathy, communication skills, teamwork, patience, and adaptability.

Provides clerical and administrative support for a dialysis center. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, managing supplies and mail, processing billing statements, preparing patient charts, obtaining admission consents, shipping materials, and completing correspondence. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, confidentiality, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office while interacting professionally with staff, residents, patients, and families.
