Lead end-to-end initiative areas: research opportunity space, set strategy, scope products/orgs, recruit founders, manage contractors and vendor relationships, commission work, run fellowships, and deliver concrete outcomes (specs, recruited teams, or reasoned decisions not to pursue). Collaborate with FLF staff and report to the COO.

Develop economic models to analyze risks from advanced AI systems, predict economic disruptions, and communicate insights to policymakers.

The Communications Director and Staff Director will lead CARMA's communications strategy and provide executive support, ensuring effective operations and alignment across teams. Responsibilities include managing content for outreach, overseeing project workflows, and enhancing organizational efficiency while promoting AI safety initiatives.
