Designs, simulates, tests, validates, and iterates mechanical and electromechanical components for complete vehicles. Responsibilities include designing enclosures, housings, mechanisms, and integrated systems; collaborating with electrical engineers on PCBAs, connectors, and harnesses; and preparing manufacturing drawing packages. The role requires strong SolidWorks skills, hands-on prototyping, machine shop experience, and knowledge of injection molding, casting, sheet metal, and design for manufacturing.
