Lead the global media planning team (20 people) across London and New York to deliver audience-first, integrated media strategies. Develop strategic recommendations for high-value clients and partnerships, standardize planning methodologies and tools, adopt AI-enabled workflows, partner with Sales/Creative/Ad Ops/Insights to drive campaign execution and revenue, mentor planners, and act as senior media advisor to executive stakeholders.

Directs retention and lifecycle marketing strategy across Kiplinger brands, focusing on digital subscriptions, recurring revenue, churn reduction, reactivation, renewals, and customer lifetime value. Leads automated campaigns across email, print, and online channels; develops win-back, cross-sell, bundle, and gift campaigns; manages testing, segmentation, KPI reporting, budgets, forecasting, and print inventory. Collaborates with retention marketers and cross-functional teams while translating analytics into strategic recommendations.
