Provide escalated remote and onsite technical support across multiple client environments. Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, cloud services, firewalls, and backup systems. Configure and administer Windows Server, Hyper-V, Intune, Azure, Datto, and related infrastructure. Mentor junior technicians, document tickets and client systems in Autotask, maintain procedures, and communicate professionally with clients. The hybrid role requires flexibility among home, office, and client locations.

Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, cloud services, firewalls, and backup systems. Configure and administer Windows Server, Hyper-V, Intune, Azure, Datto, and related infrastructure. Deliver remote and onsite support, mentor Level I technicians, document tickets and procedures in Autotask, and maintain clear client communication.

The hybrid role requires work from home, the Federal Way office, and client sites in the greater Seattle area.
