Serve as the senior technical resource during project calls, collaborate with project managers and sales, mentor junior technicians, troubleshoot complex environments, and document technical configurations and procedures with minimal supervision.

Provide escalated remote and onsite technical support across multiple client environments. Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, networking, servers, cloud services, firewalls, and backup systems. Configure and administer Windows Server, Hyper-V, Intune, Azure, Datto, and related infrastructure. Mentor junior technicians, document tickets and client systems in Autotask, maintain procedures, and communicate professionally with clients. The hybrid role requires flexibility among home, office, and client locations.
