Manage and support cloud infrastructure, Salesforce, APIs, integrations, and automation. Investigate technical issues, gather requirements, design and implement solutions, maintain documentation, monitor security, troubleshoot integration failures, and support AWS systems. The role requires scripting ability, understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, command-line and troubleshooting skills, strong communication, independent learning, ownership, and effective task prioritization. This is a fully remote, Poland-based early-career contract role supporting US-based teams.

Supports cloud infrastructure, Salesforce administration, system security, and software integrations. Investigates technical issues, gathers requirements, designs and documents solutions, manages REST and SOAP APIs, writes automation scripts, troubleshoots connectivity problems, and coordinates with stakeholders and clients. The role requires technical problem-solving, command-line and log-file proficiency, foundational IT and cloud knowledge, and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.

Lead cross-functional teams on IT projects, leveraging Salesforce, while managing scope, budget, and client relationships to ensure project success.
