The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing sales cycles, collaborating with marketing, and leveraging Salesforce to achieve revenue goals.

Own product analysis and support for fusionSpans Innovation Lab, translating customer workflows into functional and technical requirements, validating builds, diagnosing product issues, creating documentation, and coordinating with architects, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce-based solutions.

The Consultant will implement and manage Salesforce CRM for non-profits, gather requirements, create documents, and support project teams using Agile methodology.
