As a Software Architect, you will define the architectural vision, lead systems design, improve performance, mentor engineers, and introduce new technologies.

The Associate Technical Engineer provides software support, troubleshoots issues, and communicates with customers. Key tasks include documenting processes, supporting application installations, and analyzing customer needs.

Provide desktop and application support for on‑prem and hosted environments, handle tickets and customer communications, troubleshoot databases and Windows servers, maintain technical documentation, participate in on‑call rotation, and travel occasionally to customer sites for installs and upgrades.
