Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable Azure environments for EHR solutions. Lead cloud migrations, implement IaC with Terraform, build CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Octopus), configure containerized deployments and IIS autoscaling, and ensure monitoring, security, and regulatory compliance.

Lead and mentor engineers while driving architecture, code quality, system rearchitecture, reliability, scalability, and production readiness. Partner with product and QA, establish engineering standards, contribute to code reviews and debugging, and foster a strong engineering culture. The role requires hands-on C# and .NET backend experience, relational database expertise, cloud platform knowledge, and leadership in Agile or Kanban environments.

Administer, secure, and maintain Windows-based on-premises and Azure infrastructure, including servers, identity services, endpoints, databases, networking, storage, virtualization, backups, and disaster recovery. Build monitoring and alerting, support Microsoft 365 and Intune, automate tasks with PowerShell, maintain documentation, and assist with compliance, vulnerability management, incident response, and hybrid cloud operations.
