Leads full-cycle healthcare technology implementations, managing scope, timelines, configuration, customization, data migration, training, stakeholder alignment, risks, documentation, workflow optimization, and compliance. The role coordinates with clinical, IT, client, and internal teams to ensure successful system adoption and transitions. It is fully remote within U.S. time zones, requires schedule flexibility and travel as needed, and does not offer employment sponsorship.

Provide desktop and application support for on‑prem and hosted environments, handle tickets and customer communications, troubleshoot databases and Windows servers, maintain technical documentation, participate in on‑call rotation, and travel occasionally to customer sites for installs and upgrades.

Provide technical support to customers, assist with software issues, manage installations, maintain documentation, and ensure project compliance. Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
