Prospect, present to, and close residential real estate professionals as new partners. Manage outbound outreach, sales conversations, follow-up, and pipeline development. As the portfolio grows, advise partners through strategy meetings, accountability, and business growth initiatives. High performers may negotiate final deals, build a consulting portfolio, and lead a division by recruiting and mentoring Partnership Executives. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential.

Prospect, present to, and close new business partnerships with high-performing real estate professionals. Initially focused on outbound sales and pipeline development, the role evolves into advising and managing a portfolio of business partners, driving strategy, accountability, and growth. High performers may negotiate contracts, build consulting portfolios, and lead their own divisions. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earnings and revenue sharing.

Build and maintain automated business workflows using Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, n8n, APIs, webhooks, and scripting. Develop custom applications, Deluge scripts, JavaScript, Python or Node.js solutions, and integrations. Monitor and troubleshoot workflows, maintain data consistency and security, document solutions, create training materials, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a fully dedicated remote role requiring Pacific Time availability.
