Perform high-volume outbound sales outreach to identify and qualify residential real estate agents for investment partnerships. Two paths: lead generation (hourly, handoffs to executives) or executive appointment setting (schedule meetings, nurture leads, earn commissions). Follow company systems, represent the company professionally, and work autonomously while participating in training and development opportunities.
