Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for technical consulting roles supporting digital transformation projects. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening technical and SAP consultants, matching resources to project needs, coordinating assessments and onboarding, maintaining ATS and resource records, supporting RFI/RFP responses, tracking recruitment metrics, and collaborating with global delivery and business development teams.

Supports PMO and consulting projects through planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, documentation, requirements gathering, and business process analysis. Collaborates with project managers, contributes to strategies and solutions, participates in customer meetings and workshops, and supports decision-making in a regulated life sciences consulting environment. The role offers career development in project management and requires strong communication, analytical ability, business acumen, Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to travel.

Designs and implements scalable physical data models in Snowflake, translating conceptual and logical models into schemas, tables, and views. Collaborates with data engineering, architecture, governance, business, and technical teams on ETL/ELT, data integration, metadata, documentation, compliance, and pipeline optimization. Requires Data Vault 2.0, SQL, Snowflake, governance, and stakeholder management expertise, with pharmaceutical experience preferred.
