Owns the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, executive engagement, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure. Develops C-level relationships, manages pipeline and forecasts, and promotes SAP and consulting solutions. Builds SAP alliance partnerships, drives co-selling initiatives, and represents the company at industry events. Requires substantial enterprise sales experience, Life Sciences and SAP expertise, German and English fluency, and regional travel.

Develop and execute change management strategies for business transformation and system implementation initiatives. Assess impacts, engage stakeholders, create training and communication materials, conduct workshops, drive user adoption, and monitor business readiness. Collaborate with project teams and leaders while gathering feedback to improve change initiatives.

Designs and owns SAP S/4HANA HR Mini Master architecture, including employee and organizational data structures, SAP and Workday integrations, interfaces, mappings, and technical specifications. Translates business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs, guides functional and technical teams, and supports testing, deployment, cutover, troubleshooting, and architecture documentation.
