Designs and maintains Playwright end-to-end test suites for web applications and Maestro flows for React Native iOS and Android apps. Builds automation frameworks, translates requirements into test scenarios, debugs failures, reports defects, performs targeted manual testing, and maintains test data and documentation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on quality practices and release readiness, contributes to QA strategy, and mentors teammates on automation best practices.

Owns product-area design from research and prototyping through post-release iteration. Partners with product and engineering, conducts usability testing, maintains design systems, and ensures accessible, high-quality output. Uses AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, UX copy, edge cases, accessibility, and QA. Designs trustworthy AI and agentic workflows while balancing user needs, business goals, feasibility, viability, and product performance metrics.

Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards and reports focused on cybersecurity KPIs, trends, and anomalies. Translates business requirements into data-driven insights using Python, SQL, Snowflake, AWS, and data pipelines. Optimizes data models and queries, integrates data with engineering teams, supports governance and security compliance, and trains stakeholders on BI tools.
