Teams at Fuse Integration

Leads and develops Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams while co-leading technical execution with Principal Engineers. Oversees electro-mechanical hardware development from concept through design, prototyping, qualification, production transition, and sustainment. Responsibilities include staffing, mentoring, resource planning, technical risk management, design reviews, configuration control, engineering process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Systems, Software, Production, Supply Chain, and Program teams. The role supports ruggedized, mission-ready hardware for defense and harsh-environment applications.

Support the PMO by maintaining schedules, data, reports, dashboards, and tools. Use AI and analytics to automate tasks, surface risks, and produce actionable insights. Communicate with stakeholders, identify information gaps, and help translate complex technical activity into organized project controls, reporting, and workflows.

Lead a team to design, analyze, and document complex communications systems. Oversee mechanical systems for military applications and support integration with software and networks.
