Leads Department of Defense customer programs developing, integrating, demonstrating, and deploying communications and networking technologies on airborne platforms. Manages cost, schedule, technical requirements, engineering teams, customer relationships, demonstrations, field events, proposals, and strategic portfolio growth. The role requires experience with complex technical systems, DoD development processes, airborne platforms, systems integration, testing, networking, project management tools, and security requirements.

Lead DoD Risk Management Framework authorization activities across system development, testing, authorization, and operations. Develop and maintain ATO/IATT packages, SSPs, POA&Ms, security control documentation, and assessment evidence in eMASS. Analyze NIST, DISA STIG, vulnerability, and configuration requirements; coordinate with ISSMs, ISSOs, SCAs, AOs, engineers, and government stakeholders. Support continuous monitoring, system changes, vulnerability remediation, security assessments, and secure configuration guidance across Linux, Windows, network, and virtualized environments.

Supports the planning, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrading of cybersecurity controls for DoD systems and networks. Responds to security incidents, identifies vulnerabilities, supports RMF compliance, configures firewalls and Linux systems, and administers virtualized environments. The role also participates in change management, agile planning, code reviews, and secure communications network design and testing.
