Owns day-to-day execution of the FTEN software roadmap from requirements through launch and post-launch measurement. Responsibilities include translating requirements into executable work, planning releases, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating Agile ceremonies as Scrum Lead, coordinating testing and technical reviews, building prototypes, supporting customer demonstrations, maintaining ProdOps dashboards in Jira, and measuring initiative outcomes. The role partners across product, engineering, operations, and program teams to deliver complex hardware and software initiatives.

Lead validation and end-to-end integration testing for proprietary and third-party software. Deploy applications and containerized microservices in Linux, Docker/Podman, and Kubernetes environments; validate APIs, data flows, and backend changes; automate checks with Python and Bash; troubleshoot configuration and deployment issues; document defects and coordinate resolutions with vendors, engineers, and product managers.

Leads Department of Defense customer programs developing, integrating, demonstrating, and deploying communications and networking technologies on airborne platforms. Manages cost, schedule, technical requirements, engineering teams, customer relationships, demonstrations, field events, proposals, and strategic portfolio growth. The role requires experience with complex technical systems, DoD development processes, airborne platforms, systems integration, testing, networking, project management tools, and security requirements.
