Leads strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and supply chain strategy for aerospace and defense electronics programs. Owns supplier selection, negotiation, performance, risk mitigation, cost reduction, material availability, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Operations, Programs, and Finance. Supports NPI, production planning, bids, make-or-buy decisions, and supply chain transformation while mentoring supply chain staff. Requires extensive experience with DoD programs, regulated manufacturing, electronic components, contract manufacturing, and defense contracting requirements.

Leads network architecture and engineering for airborne, maritime, and ground tactical systems. Designs secure networks using HAIPE, IPsec, TLS, routing protocols, virtualization, and military communications technologies. Translates requirements into architectures, supports design and testing, ensures DoD RMF compliance, and provides technical governance for complex programs. The role also mentors teams, engages customers and operators, evaluates emerging technologies, supports business development, and contributes to strategic roadmaps and engineering briefings.

Provides administrative and operational HR support, including onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee records, HRIS maintenance, benefits and payroll coordination, employment verification, unemployment claims, compensation data organization, engagement surveys, company events, and general employee inquiries. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
