Fuse Energy Benefits Overview

The Customer Support Specialist will be the primary contact for customers, providing excellent support, resolving issues, and offering energy-saving advice, working in shifts including overnight. The role involves collaborative work to enhance customer experience.

Provide commercial, corporate, and regulatory legal support for Fuse’s energy business in Spain and across jurisdictions. Draft and negotiate customer, supplier, technology, and master services agreements; translate legal requirements into product guidance; advise Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product; coordinate compliance filings and regulatory submissions; and build scalable legal templates, playbooks, policies, and automated workflows.

Provide commercial, corporate, and regulatory legal support across energy operations and international expansion. Draft and negotiate agreements, advise on product compliance, coordinate filings and regulatory submissions, maintain policies and training, and build scalable legal templates, playbooks, and workflows. Partner with Operations, Finance, Trading, and Product to deliver practical, business-focused guidance in a fast-paced startup environment.
