Build full-stack systems controlling distributed battery assets: real-time optimization and forecasting backends, customer-facing frontend, and scalable cloud infrastructure. Ship quickly, own product decisions, engage directly with German-speaking customers, and apply optimization/math skills to operational problems.

Work cross-functionally with founders to shape product, operations, and growth. Drive end-to-end projects in sales, marketing, and operations, build scalable systems and workflows, engage customers on-site, and help recruit and shape company culture at an early-stage climate tech startup.

Early-stage, flexible generalist role for builders to support operations, customer success, sales, marketing, and growth. Must align with the company's mission to transform industrial energy, be comfortable with startup ambiguity, and be fluent in German (C1). Munich-based, with part-time, working-student, or internship arrangements possible.
