Sources and recruits sales talent through networking, applicant mining, career fairs, universities, and social media. Partners with sales leadership to forecast hiring needs, conducts interviews, coordinates management interviews, supports candidate experience, and provides onboarding and retention support. Maintains recruiting reports, supports HR activities across departments, promotes diversity and best practices, and assists with employee experience initiatives.

Initiates and manages customer service cases from intake through resolution. Communicates with customers by phone, email, and chat; gathers information, documents interactions, monitors case progress, coordinates with sales, delivery, and inventory teams, and advocates for timely issue resolution. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills in an onsite office environment.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, candidate communication, pipeline development, recruiting events, ATS recordkeeping, recruiting metrics, compliance, and onboarding support. Partner with hiring managers and community organizations to attract qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience.
