Own enterprise and mid-market client relationships for a blockchain-based fintech infrastructure platform. Responsibilities include account management, renewals, expansion, escalations, client reviews, onboarding, cross-time-zone coverage, and process automation. The role partners closely with engineering, product, and design, uses AI tools such as Claude, supports technical integrations, and helps automate mid-market customer success workflows.

Investigate complex blockchain account and transaction support cases across multiple chains. Verify wallet and account details, use blockchain explorers and internal tools, document auditable case files, and escalate recurring issues or policy gaps. The role requires strong technical judgment, meticulous documentation, and work within defined approval frameworks. It is primarily in person at the company’s Midtown New York City headquarters Monday through Thursday, with optional remote work on Fridays.

Own day-to-day support operations, including outsourced team leadership, coaching, escalation triage, queue coverage, quality assurance, tooling, workflows, reporting, and documentation. The role partners with Customer Success leadership to build scalable support processes, manages external support performance, resolves first-pass issues, and maintains high-quality customer and enterprise support experiences. Experience with fintech, payments, crypto, compliance-adjacent workflows, and support operations is valuable.
