The People Partner leads full-time recruitment across Queensland, partners with leaders on hiring and employee matters, coaches people managers, supports the employee lifecycle, delivers training, prepares compliant employment documentation, and improves recruitment and people processes. The role is part-time, four days per week, and based in Brisbane.
