Manages Loungefly’s graphic design team, providing creative direction for innovative product concepts aligned with brand standards. Coaches designers, prioritizes work, contributes to product creation and revisions, collaborates cross-functionally, reports project status, resolves workflow challenges, and drives creative initiatives that strengthen product storytelling and brand impact.

Manage key Italian retail accounts across toys, culture, and softlines. Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, developing account plans, forecasting inventory and recurring revenue, negotiating commercial terms, coordinating promotions and product launches, analyzing POS data, and building senior buyer relationships. The role collaborates with marketing, supply chain, finance, demand planning, customer service, and product teams to execute commercial strategies and support customer needs. Regular travel, trade-show participation, and fluency in English and Italian are required.

Leads the design, development, and deployment of production enterprise AI applications, intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and RAG solutions. Builds integrations with business platforms, implements observability, evaluation, security, governance, and human-in-the-loop controls, and establishes reusable AI engineering standards. Partners with business, product, data, security, and engineering teams to deliver measurable value while mentoring engineers and evaluating emerging AI technologies.
