Manages Loungefly’s graphic design team, providing creative direction for innovative product concepts aligned with brand standards. Coaches designers, prioritizes work, contributes to product creation and revisions, collaborates cross-functionally, reports project status, resolves workflow challenges, and drives creative initiatives that strengthen product storytelling and brand impact.

Creates high-quality 3D digital sculpts and product assets for Funko toys and collectibles using ZBrush. Collaborates with designers, artists, production managers, and art directors across product development. Supports turn sheets, pad print vectors, quality control, research, and production handoffs while applying Funko styling, toy-sculpting principles, factory limitations, and real-world measurements.

Creates platform-native social content for TikTok, Instagram, and emerging channels, including short-form video, product storytelling, animations, campaign adaptations, and social copy. The role manages content from concept through production, tracks trends and platform best practices, and collaborates with marketing, creative, e-commerce, paid media, and product teams to support launches while maintaining brand consistency.
