The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate formatting, dependable delivery, and familiarity with Monday.

Conduct high-ticket, consultative sales conversations with real-estate investors and short-term rental owners across the United States. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial conversation through close rather than relying on one-call sales. Work full time remotely while overlapping with U.S. Central hours and communicating fluently in neutral-accented English with property owners.

Design full short-term rental properties, including space plans, furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and decor selections within budget. Develop cohesive concepts for target guests, create client-ready SketchUp and Photoshop presentations, and produce documentation for shopping and installation. The role is fully remote, full-time, and contracted for three months, with possible continuation based on performance and workload.
