Supports internal audits, including audit testing, working papers, control evaluations, findings, and recommendations. Maintains the enterprise risk register, assesses emerging risks, monitors mitigation actions, and coordinates assurance activities. Assists with third-party controls audits, remediation tracking, and verification. The role also identifies opportunities to automate processes and strengthen governance, security, controls, and operational resilience while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Supports internal, external, and crisis communications by developing plans, messaging, and content across email, newsletters, intranet, websites, and social media. Advises leaders and business partners, translates complex information into clear messages, coordinates creative reviews and approvals, and ensures communications meet brand, accessibility, quality, and translation standards. Uses performance data to improve communications tools and processes.

Supports Oracle database administration, monitoring, backup and recovery, maintenance, upgrades, patching, performance tuning, deployments, and automation. Assists with database changes across development, UAT, and production environments, collaborates with agile teams, documents procedures, and participates in a rotational 24/7 on-call schedule. The role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional developing database administration expertise through mentorship and hands-on experience.
