Supports company-wide engagement, 360-degree, and training feedback surveys; analyzes data and creates automated reports. Coordinates regional learning initiatives, communications, session logistics, and e-learning content. Researches learning technologies, training partners, and grants, while maintaining systems to track behavioral change and training impact. Performs data cleaning and analysis using Excel or Google Sheets to support decision-making and audits.

Own the payments product lifecycle from strategy and discovery through delivery and go-to-market. Drive revenue, transaction volume, merchant activation, payment success, and operational efficiency. Lead payments scaling, merchant acquiring, AI-driven operations, compliance workflows, product discovery, roadmap execution, cross-functional delivery, pricing, launches, and adoption. Analyze transaction data and collaborate across engineering, design, operations, risk, sales, finance, legal, compliance, and treasury.

The Executive, Customer Experience role involves supporting clients through onboarding and post-disbursement processes, managing inquiries, and enhancing overall customer experience through feedback and collaboration with internal teams.
