Owns regional credit risk portfolio analytics, including delinquency, NPL, recovery, write-off, concentration, provisioning, and risk appetite monitoring. The role identifies early-warning trends, validates data across countries, explains portfolio movements, and recommends actions. It also supports credit models, fraud-adjacent reviews, risk dashboards, governance documentation, and Board Risk Committee materials while collaborating with finance, collections, data science, and country credit teams.

Leads daily accounting operations and supervises the Accounting team. Responsibilities include month-end close, journal review, reconciliations, financial and OJK regulatory reporting, audit support, tax compliance coordination, internal controls, and process improvement. The role partners with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Operations, auditors, consultants, and regulators while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial records.

Execute fintech back-office operations including document reviews, eKYC and AML screening, loan documentation checks, audit preparation, exception escalation, KPI dashboard maintenance, and operational reporting. Identify process bottlenecks, support AI and automation tool testing, and maintain SOPs. The role requires attention to detail, regulatory awareness, basic data skills, and 1–3 years of experience in fintech, digital lending, or banking operations.
