Supports commercial growth across AI-driven process automation, marketing, financial product development, operations, partnerships, and client experience. Responsibilities include building workflow automations, creating marketing content, executing campaigns, tracking KPIs, conducting competitor research, supporting onboarding flows, preparing dashboards, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives within the SME lending lifecycle.

Supports marketing communications for MSME partnerships through content creation, social media management, CRM, campaign development, and marketing material production. Responsibilities include planning, editing, and publishing short-form videos, designing artwork, assisting with multi-channel campaigns, and supporting partnership initiatives. The intern must be creative, proactive, organized, proficient in Thai and English, and available to work four or five days per week starting December 2026.

Supports operational task execution, turnaround-time improvements, issue escalation, stakeholder collaboration, process documentation, progress updates, and peer feedback. The role requires strong analytical and research skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Fresh graduates are eligible, while prior operations internship, part-time, or 1–2 years of operations experience is advantageous.
