Supports patient enrollment sales by educating prospects about wellness packages and functional care plans, conducting consultations, discussing pricing, following up with leads, managing the sales pipeline, documenting activity in CRM systems, and meeting conversion and revenue goals. The role also participates in community events, coordinates patient handoffs, and collaborates with clinical, marketing, scheduling, and operations teams while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Provide patient check-in and scheduling for wellness and IV therapy services; operate and maintain wellness equipment (ionic foot bath, infrared sauna, flowpresso), perform BIA body composition assessments, ensure patient safety and comfort, document services and coordinate care team flow, manage inventory, sanitize treatment areas, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality.
