Owns projects that build and standardize revenue accounting processes, controls, documentation, and system requirements. The role investigates data and process issues, translates accounting needs for Data, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams, and drives cross-functional initiatives to completion. It requires strong US GAAP and ASC 606 knowledge, project management, process design, data analysis, and ERP or revenue recognition systems experience.

Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of People and CMO by managing complex calendars, travel, priorities, correspondence, board and investor interactions, briefings, confidential information, and follow-through. Support special projects, leadership meetings, offsites, and team initiatives while improving executive-office systems. Use AI and productivity tools to automate administrative work, create scalable processes, and navigate ambiguity with discretion, judgment, and executive presence.

Senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end product design across mobile and web, including product flows, polished UI, design systems, critical funnels, membership and commerce experiences, AI-native interactions, and health-related user journeys. The role requires presenting design rationale, using research and analytics to measure impact, and enabling an AI-accelerated engineering team to ship consistent, high-quality work.
