Manage all outgoing check payments across 35+ dealership locations, including vendor payments, customer refunds, lien payoffs, and employee reimbursements. Verify coding/approvals, run scheduled check runs, handle voids/stop payments, maintain check security and records, provide audit support, collaborate with locations to resolve discrepancies, and help build centralized disbursement processes and train future team members.

Oversee daily sales team operations, coach staff, manage leads and inventory, ensure accurate CRM and deal documentation, collaborate with F&I and GSM, resolve customer issues, and support showroom/lot readiness and promotional events.

Greet and assist clients and visitors, manage front desk and phone communications, schedule appointments, perform light clerical tasks, handle mail and packages, maintain showroom cleanliness and supplies, and report facility issues to management. Supports departments with administrative projects as assigned.
