Act as the liaison between customers and lenders to secure financing, review credit, structure payments, sell F&I products, ensure regulatory compliance, complete deal paperwork, manage funding and reporting, track F&I performance, meet finance income targets, and support the sales team.

Oversee daily sales team operations, coach and schedule staff, manage leads and deals through CRM and dealer tools, monitor inventory and appraisals, ensure accurate reporting and compliance, resolve customer issues, collaborate with F&I and GSM, and support promotional events to meet sales goals.

Oversee all service, parts, warranty, and PDI operations for dealership locations. Lead technicians and service staff, manage budgets and KPIs, ensure quality control and warranty processing, improve dealer satisfaction, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.
