Oversee daily sales team operations, coach and schedule staff, manage leads and deals through CRM and dealer tools, monitor inventory and appraisals, ensure accurate reporting and compliance, resolve customer issues, collaborate with F&I and GSM, and support promotional events to meet sales goals.

Lead dealership business office operations including accounting, title processing, payroll support, GL accuracy, cash reconciliations, audits, compliance, HR administration, vendor management, interdepartmental support, and customer documentation resolution to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Serve as the liaison between customers and lenders to secure financing, structure payments, sell F&I products, ensure regulatory compliance, complete deal documentation, track F&I performance, meet finance income targets, and collaborate with sales to close deals ethically and efficiently.
