Oversee daily sales department operations, schedules, goals, lead management, quoting, deal structuring, CRM documentation, inventory readiness, appraisals, compliance, and customer issue resolution. Coach and supervise 4–20 sales employees, collaborate with GSM and F&I, reconcile reports, support promotions and trade shows, and ensure accurate deal completion across dealership systems.

Deliver RVs to customers, perform pre-delivery inspections, provide comprehensive orientation and hands-on demonstrations of RV systems, complete delivery paperwork, support post-delivery issues, coordinate schedules, and promote accessories and positive customer reviews.

Serve as liaison between customers and lenders to secure financing, review credit, structure payments, sell F&I products, ensure regulatory compliance, complete deal paperwork, track F&I performance, meet finance income/product sales targets, and support customer satisfaction.
