Welcomes clients and visitors, manages front-desk operations, answers and routes calls, schedules appointments, handles mail and packages, performs clerical support, maintains supplies, and helps keep the showroom organized and professional.

Oversees dealership sales operations, including staff scheduling, coaching, goal tracking, lead follow-up, quoting, deal structuring, CRM documentation, inventory management, trade appraisals, and customer issue resolution. The role collaborates with finance and dealership leadership, ensures compliance with inventory and deal policies, participates in promotional events, and directly supervises 4 to 20 sales employees.

Coordinates dealership office operations, including RV deal posting, bookkeeping, cash handling, title and registration processing, tax payments, warranty submissions, HR onboarding support, reception oversight, supply ordering, and compliance coordination. The role maintains accurate documentation, supports employees and management, communicates with corporate departments, and ensures timely processing of financial, vehicle, and administrative records in a fast-paced environment.
