The People Operations Advisor facilitates employee experience improvements, manages recruitment processes, oversees onboarding, and ensures compliance with employment laws and payroll administration.

The Associate will draft and negotiate production agreements, support brand partnerships, review content for legal compliance, and manage contracts.

Lead and execute high-priority business development and strategic initiatives across film, TV, digital, branded entertainment, live and talent-led ventures. Evaluate opportunities, build business cases and financial models, structure deals, drive cross-functional coordination, and prepare executive materials. Align leadership on strategy, maintain BD pipelines, and ensure disciplined execution from concept through launch and ongoing partnership management.
