Develops and manages watermain shutdown plans for renewals, tie-ins, and cut-ins. Coordinates with water authorities, construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to confirm isolation points, sequencing, and impacts. Identifies safety, environmental, service-continuity, and customer risks; prepares project documentation including ITPs and SWMS; tracks shutdown performance and lessons learned; and supports after-hours and weekend works and day-to-day project delivery.

Provides administrative support for community and stakeholder engagement across infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include maintaining engagement schedules, stakeholder databases, records and reports; drafting correspondence, meeting minutes, notifications and presentations; tracking enquiries, issues and actions; responding to stakeholders; and coordinating meetings and communications with project teams, contractors, councils and community representatives.

Manage community and stakeholder engagement for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Develop engagement strategies, advise on risks and opportunities, build relationships with communities, landowners, councils, regulators and delivery partners, and deliver consultations, workshops and communications. Prepare reports and engagement materials, monitor stakeholder sentiment, support responsive decision-making, and improve engagement and reporting practices across the program.
