Lead delivery of a geographic zone on a major civil infrastructure project, managing construction methodology, teams, subcontractors, budgets, programmes, forecasting, safety, quality, environmental compliance and stakeholder relationships. The role requires coordinating labour, plant and materials while mentoring teams and ensuring successful project outcomes across a major motorway upgrade.

Lead and coordinate multi‑disciplinary design teams for water and infrastructure projects from tender to delivery. Support bid teams with buildable solutions, manage design programmes, peer reviews and approvals, ensure compliant IFC drawings, liaise with clients, and support tender strategy and commercial decision‑making alongside regional operations and site teams.

Coordinate and produce high-quality EOI and tender submissions for the Southern Construction Region. Manage submission schedules, document setup, version control, resource library maintenance (CVs, project sheets), and format/quality-check Word and PowerPoint deliverables. Support content collation, graphics sourcing, structured electronic filing, and general Pre-Contracts administration to ensure compliant, on-brand, and timely bid responses.
