Hands-on leading hand role supporting the Foreman as 2IC on asphalt laying sites. Operate plant, lead crew, carry out pre-starts, risk planning, equipment checks, train junior crew members, ensure safe, timely, high-quality work and step into Foreman duties when required.

Produce and maintain earthworks, utility and drainage models and CAD/BIM deliverables to support construction. Manage geospatial data, as-built records and common data environments, provide drafting/modeling support, implement QA processes, and train teams on digital engineering workflows.

Manage project milestones, reporting and completions for long-term NBN projects using Dynamics 365 FSM. Coordinate clients, developers and internal teams, prepare handover documentation, drive defect rectification, maintain project data, identify risks, and ensure timely handovers.
