Design, build, and maintain scalable, data-intensive REST APIs and backend systems on Node.js/AWS. Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams, write automated tests, perform code reviews, document APIs/data models, and address performance, scalability, and compatibility issues.

Execute billing for multiple business units: create/terminate invoices and subscriptions in NetSuite/Zuora, apply payments, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies and customer inquiries, issue refunds/credits, manage tax exemptions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve billing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Generate outbound pipeline through high-volume prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling. Research and qualify leads, identify decision-makers, record activity in CRM, and coordinate handoffs to Account Executives while staying current on industry trends.
