Provides technical support for a cloud-based POS platform through chat, email, and phone, troubleshooting software, payments, hardware, accounts, and integrations. Owns issues through resolution, documents interactions, manages escalations, and communicates customer feedback internally. Also assists with customer onboarding, system configuration, product adoption, and individualized training. Requires collaboration with billing, payments, development, and onboarding teams, plus participation in rotating Saturday and on-call schedules.

Lead engineering execution and organizational capability for a cloud-based PMS. Drive predictable delivery, platform reliability, modernization, AI-enabled developer productivity, standardized practices, and cross-business platform strategy while growing and developing engineering teams.

Own and prioritize the RBCloud product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, plan sprints and releases, coordinate release readiness with cross-functional teams, engage customers and stakeholders for requirements and feedback, and track delivery metrics to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
