Manage SaaS client implementation projects from planning through go-live, including stakeholder communications, training, testing, documentation, risk escalation, and timeline management. Build customer relationships, coordinate project tasks, support scope management, and ensure implementations meet deadlines. Travel to customer sites for visits and training as needed, while recommending process improvements and communicating project changes to management.

Leads and coaches a team of SDRs responsible for outbound prospecting, qualified pipeline generation, and sales accepted opportunities. Develops performance strategies, training, outreach cadences, and process improvements; monitors KPIs and conversion data; partners with sales leaders to align SDR and AE efforts; recruits and onboards team members; and reports business impact to executive leadership.

Own customer data migration projects from analysis and cleanup through execution, validation, and communication of results. Develop and maintain migration scripts and tooling, work with APIs and structured data, resolve quality issues, and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering. Manage multiple projects, handle complex datasets, answer customer questions, safeguard sensitive information, and improve migration processes, documentation, and scalability.
