Lead performance engineering for an operating BESS fleet: set KPIs and benchmarks, build and manage a technical team, develop degradation and performance models, implement monitoring systems (SCADA/EMS/PI), run root-cause analyses and tests, support warranties/claims, report to investors, and drive analytics, optimization, and continuous improvement across operations and commercial teams.
